Hornby Plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed today of the following transactions in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

On 3 April 2013 Frank Martin the Deputy Chairman of the Company sold 400,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 82p per share. Following these transactions Mr Martin continues to hold 1,602 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004% of the issued share capital of the Company.
