HORNBY CONFIRMS CHANGE OF FINANCE DIRECTOR

Hornby plc, the international models and collectibles Group, confirms that Finance Director Nick Stone will step down from the Board after the General Meeting on 13 July 2015. As previously announced Steve Cooke who joined the Group on 10 June 2015 will be appointed to the Board as Finance Director on 13 July 2015.
