We refer to the final short form prospectus of the Corporation dated April 9, 2021 (the "Prospectus") which qualifies the distribution of 88,060,100 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Corporation, issuable for no additional consideration upon the exercise or deemed exercise of 88,060,100 special warrants (the "Special Warrants") issued on March 9, 2021, at a price of $0.133 per Special Warrant, to purchasers resident in the Provinces of Ontario and British Columbia, for aggregate gross proceeds to the Corporation of $11,711,993.30.
