We refer to the short form prospectus of the Company dated April 9, 2021 (the "Prospectus") which qualifies the distribution of 88,060,100 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, issuable for no additional consideration upon the exercise or deemed exercise of 88,060,100 Special Warrants.

We consent to being named and to the use, through incorporation by reference in the above-mentioned Prospectus, of our report dated 31 March 2021 to the shareholders of the Company on the following consolidated financial statements:

• consolidated statements of financial position as at 31 December 2019 and 2020; and
• consolidated statements of comprehensive loss, changes in equity and cash flows for the years ended 31 December 2019 and 2020, and a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory information.
