("Honye" or the "Company")

Temporary Suspension Pending Publication of Results

The Directors of Honye hereby announce that due to a change in outsourced accountants, it has become apparent that the Company will not be in a position to publish its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2019 ("Final Results") by 30 November 2019, in accordance with the Listing Rules. Following discussions with its advisors, the Company expects to announce its Final Results by the end of January 2020.

As a result, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on the standard segment of the Main Market, effective immediately. The suspension will remain in place until the Company's audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 July 2019 have been published and subject to the FCA approving any restoration request.

The Directors accept responsibility for this announcement.
