The Company is pleased to announce that, following the issue of a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name by the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies, the Company's name has been formally changed to 'Zoyo Limited'.
The Company's name change is expected to take effect on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on or around 1 August 2025.
"The Company's existing ISIN (KYG4598W1024) has been updated to reflect the name change; however, the ISIN itself remains unchanged and valid for trading and settlement.
