Admission to Trading and First Day of Dealings

Following the successful reverse takeover of Zoyo Capital Limited, the Company announces admission of the enlarged group to the Equity Shares (Transition) Category of the Official List maintained by the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market at 8:00 am today.

The Company's TIDM has today been changed from 'HOYE' to 'ZOYO'. As previously announced on 16 July 2025, the Company will shortly be changing its name to 'Zoyo Limited' and will apply for a new ISIN. A further announcement will be made in due course.
