Honye Financial Services Ltd (LSE: HOYE) announces that it held its General Meeting ("Meeting") at 10a.m. (London Time, 5 p.m. Beijing Time) today.

Each of the resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting, published on 2 June 2025, was put to the Meeting and voted on by way of proxy. All were duly approved.
