NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an office copy of the Amended Order of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China dated 27 April 2006 and filed on 18 May 2006 confirming the cancellation of the share premium account of HK$1,900,916,000 and the reduction of the capital of the above-named company (the “ Company ”) from HK$88,159,508.70 to HK$44,079,754.30 was duly registered by the Registrar of Companies on 18 May 2006.
