RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of China Strategic Holdings Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that Mr. Hui Richard Rui (“Mr. Hui”) resigned as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2016 due to his other personal commitments which require more of his dedications. Mr. Hui will remain as a director of various subsidiaries of the Company to ensure a smooth transition of his duties.

Mr. Hui has confirmed that (i) he has no disagreement with the Board, and (ii) there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Hui for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
