RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board announces that Mr. Kwok Ka Lap, Alva has resigned as an executive director of the Company with effect from 7 April 2008.

The board of directors (the “Board”) of China Strategic Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Kwok Ka Lap, Alva (“Mr. Kwok”) has resigned as an executive director of the Company with effect from 7 April 2008.

Mr. Kwok has confirmed that his resignation is due to his intention to achieve his other personal goal. He has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr. Kwok for his past contribution to the Company.
