VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT INCREASE IN SHAREHOLDING BY CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER
This announcement is a voluntary announcement made by Honworld Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) to update its shareholders and potential investors in relation to the increase in shareholding by its controlling shareholder, Key Shine Global Holdings Limited (‘‘Key Shine’’). As at the date of this announcement, Key Shine is wholly owned by Mr. Chen Weizhong, the chairman and an executive director of the Company.
The Company has been informed by Key Shine that during the period between 12 September 2017 to 18 September 2017, it had purchased 185,000 ordinary shares of the Company (the ‘‘Shares’’) from the market.
Immediately after completion of the abovementioned purchase, Key Shine was beneficially interested in an aggregate of 281,775,750 Shares, representing approximately 48.69% of the entire issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement.
