CHANGE OF NAME OF PRINCIPAL SHARE REGISTRAR AND TRANSFER OFFICE IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Honworld Group Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that with effect from 30th March, 2017, the name of the principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands of the Company has been changed from Codan Trust Company (Cayman) Limited to Conyers Trust Company (Cayman) Limited. The address of the registered office and location of keeping the principal share register of the Company in the Cayman Islands remain unchanged.
