HAS ANNOUNCED TO EXTEND THE OFFER PERIOD OF THE VOLUNTARY PUBLIC CASH TENDER OFFER FOR ALL SHARES IN HONKARAKENNE OYJ TO EXPIRE ON 19 JANUARY 2017 Sistema Finance S.A. has announced to extend the offer period of the voluntary public cash tender offer for all shares in Honkarakenne Oyj to expire on 19 January 2017 at 4:00 p.m. (Finnish time).
