PROPOSAL ON BOARD MEMBERS TO HONKARAKENNE OYJ’S GENERAL MEETING

A shareholder that controls over 37% of the votes carried by the company’s shares, proposes to the Honkarakenne Oyj Annual General Meeting that the number of Board Members, on the Board to be elected, be confirmed to be five, and that the current memberss of the Board, Timo Kohtamäki, Arimo Ristola and Kyösti Saarimäki to be re-elected. The new Board Members to be elected are Helena Ruponen and Kari Saarelainen.
