Sub: Fixation of Annual General Meeting Date, Record Date and Book Closure Date
We wish to inform that the 41[st] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, June 17, 2025 to Friday, June 27, 2025 (both days inclusive). Further, the Company has fixed Monday, June 16, 2025 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The payment of such dividend, if approved by the Members at the AGM, shall be distributed amongst the Shareholders, from Tuesday, 8 July, 2025 and will be made subject to deduction of tax at source.
