DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 for the purpose of considering and approving, among other matters, the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended June 30, 2021 for publication and the payment of an interim dividend (if any).
