In accordance with the Transparency Law, Home Invest Belgium announces to have received a notification on 17 June 2024 from Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos, BMVO 2014, Stavos Real Estate BV, Liévin Van Overstraeten, Johan Van Overstraeten, Hans Van Overstraeten, Bart Van Overstraeten (together, the Van Overstraeten Group), showing that following the subscription of new shares pursuant to the capital increase in kind of Home Invest Belgium, the group Van Overstraeten has exceeded the 30% threshold.

The notification signed on 14 June 2024 by the group Van Overstraeten contains the following information:
