1. Summary of the notification

In accordance with the Transparency Act, Home Invest Belgium announces to have received a notification on May 11th 2020 from Stavos Real Estate BV, Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos, Liévin Van Overstraeten, Hans Van Overstraeten, Johan Van Overstraeten, Bart Van Overstraeten, Cocky NV, V.O.P. NV and Sippelberg NV showing that Stavos Real Estate BV has transferred 430,000 shares to Sippelberg NV on May 7th 2020. The notification concerns a transfer between two companies belonging to the same group, namely the group Van Overstraeten.
