From a notification of 27 June 2012 by STAVOS LUXEMBOURG SA, STICHTING ADMINISTRATIEKANTOOR STAVOS, COCKY SA, Messrs Liévin, Antoon, Hans, Johan, Bart VAN OVERSTRAETEN and V.O.P. SA follows that the threshold of 25% has been exceeded on 25 June 2012, following the acquisition of securities by V.O.P. SA.
Holders of the voting rights: STAVOS LUXEMBOURG SA, COCKY SA, Messrs Liévin, Antoon, Hans, Johan and Bart VAN OVERSTRAETEN and V.O.P. SA, acting by mutual consent.
Chain of control: Stavos Luxembourg SA is controlled for 100% by Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos; the latter is controlled by Liévin, Antoon, Hans, Johan and Bart Van Overstraeten. Cocky SA is controlled for 99% by the Partnership Van Overstraeten, itself controlled for 100% by Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos. V.O.P. SA is controlled for 99% by Stavos Luxembourg SA.
Number of voting rights: 777 692, or 25.45% of the total number of voting rights
