On January 26, 2016, the Registrant announced its results of operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. On January 26, 2016, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.09 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on February 19, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 8, 2016.
