Hollywood Bowl Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and their Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs")
Pursuant to the notification obligations in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company has been notified of the following sales of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") by Directors/PDMRs and their PCAs:

The resulting interests in Shares of the relevant Directors/PDMRs (including the interests of their PCAs) are as follows:
