The shareholders of Holland Colours NV have approved the proposal to amend the Articles of Association during an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today. The amendment of the Articles of Association includes a.o. the split of the provisions of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board, the power of representation of the company and the modification of the terminology in line with the Corporate Governance Code.
