RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

3 October 2012

Holista Colltech Ltd (the “Company”) advises that Mr Warren Staude has resigned as nonexecutive Director of the Company effective immediately.

Warren joined the board to transition the Company from its R&D foundations, to the commercialisation program that has yielded the forward orders for Collagen and the emerging food ingredients program. This transition program achieved everything that was scheduled and Warren is now moving back into resources projects.

The board wish to thank Warren for his contribution to the Company during his time as a Director and wish him well in his future endeavours.
