Successful Application for State Grant to Produce Medical-Grade Collagen

Holista Colltech Limited (ASX: HCT, “Holista” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has been successful in securing a $501,250 grant from the Western Australian state government under its Collie Futures Industry Development Fund.

The grant, which will be used to upgrade Holista’s collagen plant to produce medicalgrade collagen for the global market, is subject to the execution of a Funding Agreement between the Company and the WA government, through the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI).

The agreement will include special conditions stemming from the assessment of the project Business Case. These conditions are:

• Evidence of securing matched funding from Holista of $751,250 to enable completion of the project,

• Written confirmation of the land lease agreement with the landowner,

• Provision of a detailed budget, and

• Demonstration of satisfactory procurement arrangements to maximise opportunities for local content in the project construction phase and record local content outcomes as a part of the project monitoring.

Holista will be meeting with a representation from the JTSI to discuss the Funding Agreement and the Company will provide an update on this process accordingly.

This announcement has been approved by the Board of Directors.
