HOLISTA’S U.S. DISTRIBUTOR INCREASES ORDERS OF NATSHIELD™ AMOUNTING TO A$3.8M

KUALA LUMPUR/PERTH, 9 April 2020 – Holista CollTech (ASX:HCT, “Holista”) refers to its announcement of 19 March 2020 regarding the appointment of Health Therapies LLC (“Health Therapies”) as its exclusive distributor for the United States for the Company’s NatShield™ a handheld sanitiser which contains the Path-Away® active ingredient. Path-Away® is developed by Global Infections Control Consultants LLC (“GICC LLC”), headquartered in Bluffton, South Carolina in the United States, which has been proven as an effective broad-spectrum sanitiser.

Following the first and second shipment from Malaysia totalling 9,558 30-ml bottles of NatShield™ to date, Health Therapies has placed additional orders for 415,000 bottles totalling A$3.8 million for delivery between April and June 2020.

Of the latter order 15,000 bottles of 30-ml will be shipped in April, while 400,000 60-ml bottles are expected to be delivered through May and June.

The company is also pleased to report that it has managed to secure bottles and bottling companies to support this order by working with an interdependent supply chain networks which span South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. This is important given that supply chains for sanitsers have been constrained due to the ongoing pandemic and much of North America is in some form of lockdown.

The accelerated orders follow strong demand received by Health Therapies from stores as well as U.S. State Administrations in and around New York, where infection and fatalities due to the COVID-19 novel coronavirus has increased significantly in recent days.

Holista expects to record revenue of A$3.8 million from combined total orders of 424,558 bottles of NatShield™ received in the United Sates of America to date from Health Therapies.

Holista has the global distribution rights of the plant-based Path-Away®, sold as a sanitiser under the trademark of NatShield™. Health Therapies is headquartered in New Jersey and has a marketing team with 40 years of experience across various sales channels.
