HOLISTA COLLTECH LIMITED CLEANSING NOTICE
Further to the Company’s announcement on 22 June 2018 regarding the Share Purchase Plan to raise up to $2,800,000, to be offered to eligible Shareholders at 7 cents per share ( SPP or Plan ), Holista Colltech Ltd ( Holista Colltech or the Company ) is pleased to advise that it will make offers to issue up to 40,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares to eligible Shareholders and (subject to receiving shareholder approval) underwriters.
The SPP offer document is being sent to eligible shareholders today.
The Company gives notice that:

(a) the Company will make offers to issue the Shares pursuant to the SPP without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act );

(b) this notice is being given in accordance with ASIC Class Order [CO 09/425]
-
(c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and section 674 of the Act; and
-
(d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed which is excluded information (as defined in section 708A(7) of the Act) that is reasonable for investors and their professional advisers to expect to find in a disclosure document.
