CARRIED INTEREST IN SED BIOMEDICAL INC. (USA)

Holista CollTech Limited (ASX: HCT) (The Company) is pleased to advise it has secured a 10% free carried interest in SeD BioMedical Inc. (“ SeD BioMed Inc. ”), a bio-medical research company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA.

SeD BioMedical Inc. is a newly incorporated 80%-owned subsidiary of SeD BioMedical International Pte Ltd, a wholly owned Singapore subsidiary of Singapore eDevelopment Limited (“SeD”), a Company listed on the Singapore Exchange. HCT Director, Mr Chan Heng Fai, is Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and the single-largest shareholder of SeD.

The remaining 10% stake in SeD BioMed Inc. is held by GLOBAL RESEARCH & DISCOVERY GROUP Scientific LLC (“ GRDGS ”) a Florida-based natural products discovery drug research company set up by pioneering natural products scientist, Mr. Daryl Thompson.

The role of HCT in SeD Bio Medical Inc. will be to contribute to the sourcing, development and commercialisation of new bio-medical products.

HCT’s founder and CEO Dr. Rajen Manicka will serve as Advisor of SeD BioMed Inc.
