Amendment to timetable for Rights Issue
On 4 May 2009, CollTech Australia Limited (Company) announced a pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue to all shareholders of the Company (Rights Issue) who were registered as shareholders at 5pm Western Standard Time on 13 May 2009 (Record Date).
The shares offered pursuant to the Rights Issue are offered on the basis of one new share for every 5 existing shares held at the Record Date at an issue price of 1 cent per new share.
The rights attaching to the shares together with all other relevant information relating to the Rights Issue were set out in a prospectus which was lodged with ASX on 4 May 2009.
The original timetable has been amended to extend the closing date for the Rights Issue.
