CollTech Closes Rights Issue
CollTech Australia Limited is pleased to advise that it has closed the non‐renounceable rights issue that was announced on 4 May 2009.
The number of shares taken up by shareholders was 24,789,547 out of a total share entitlement under the offer of 55,450,467, or approximately 45%.
The shortfall of shares under the Underwriting Agreement with Mercatus Capital Pte Ltd was 5,210,453 shares and pursuant to this agreement, the shortfall has been placed by the Underwriter.
A total of $300,000 before costs has been raised under this issue and despatch of holding statements is scheduled for 17 June 2009.
