Completion of Rights Issue
CollTech Australia Limited wishes to advise that following the completion of the recent rights issue, that new shares have been entered into applicants’ security holdings and updated holding statements are being issued today.
Further to the announcement of 12 June 2009, the Company wishes to confirm that it has 308,752,333 ordinary shares on issue.
