Board and Company Secretary Changes

Holista Colltech Limited (ASX: HCT, “Holista” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Walter Edward Joseph as a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary, effective immediately.
Mr Joseph has a long and successful track record working in senior management and consulting positions over the past five decades at several leading organisations, including the National Australia Bank, Wesfarmers-Bunnings, P&O Ports, Water Corporation of Western Australia (WA) and the WA Department of Commerce and Trade.
His expertise in planning, marketing, business development and operations will be a valuable asset to Holista as the Company embarks on its next phase of growth.
Mr Joseph’s appointment coincides with the retirement of Chan Heng Fai and Blair Michelson as non-executive directors of the Company, effective immediately. Mr Chan is leaving Holista to focus on his other business interests, while Mr Michelson is leaving for personal business endeavour.
Holista sincerely thanks both men for their efforts, dedication and commitment to the Company.
The Company gives notice that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Mr Blair Michelson will step down as Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately and will be replaced by Mr Joseph.
Automic Group will continue to provide company secretarial and legal assistance to the Company.
