Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office
Holista Colltech Limited (ASX: HCT, “Company”) gives notice that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Mr Walter Edward Joseph will step down as Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately. The Board wishes to thank Mr Walter for his services to the Company.
Mr Jay Stephenson, of Forest House Pty Ltd, has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective immediately.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Jay Stephenson will also be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
Further, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.14, the Company has changed its registered office and principal administrative office address as follows:
