CHANGE OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Holista CollTech Limited (ASX: HCT) (the “Company”) wishes to announce that Mr Brett Fraser has been appointed Joint Company Secretary of the Company following the resignation of Ms Julia Beckett as Joint Company Secretary. Mr Jay Stephenson remains as Joint Company Secretary.

The Company would like to thank Ms Beckett for her contribution to the Company.
