RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

31 July 2013

Holista Colltech Ltd (the “Company”) advises that Mr Mark Collins has resigned as Chairman and non-executive Director of the Company effective 31 July 2013.

Mr Collins has been influential in assisting the Company in the development of its strategy, transition of product commercialisation, and in improving its reporting and governance practices.

The board thanks Mr Collins for his contributions to date and he will continue as an advisor to the board.

Managing Director, Dr Rajen Marnickavasagar will assume the role of interim Chairman.
