APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Holista Colltech Ltd (the “Company”) is pleased to advise that Mr Mark Collins has accepted a role as non-executive Chairman of the Company effective immediately. The appointment of Mr Collins adds considerable corporate strength to the Board which may be required to take the Company through the next stage of its development.

Mark Collins is Managing Director of William Buck WA and one of the Perth office founding Directors. He is also Deputy Chairman of William Buck International Limited. As one of the leading chartered accounting and advisory firms in Australia, William Buck operates throughout Australia and also as a key member of Praxity, the world’s largest global alliance of independent firms with affiliations in over 72 countries and ranked eighth in the global accounting market.

A Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years in business, Mark has developed considerable experience and expertise in the areas of corporate, financial and business consulting across a range of industries and business enterprises.

Mark has held positions as Director and Company Secretary of public and private companies in Australia and overseas.
