BOARD CHANGES

Holista CollTech Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Anthony Rengel as a non-executive Director. Mr Rengel has forty years' professional experience with major International Firms, in Corporate Services, Audit/Assurance and Business Consulting Services and has also served as a Non-exec Director and as Chairman in a wide cross section of Industry Sectors.

He has held senior Partner positions in three major international accounting firms, including as State Managing Partner for WA for six years with his first firm. Currently he is Executive Director of AFS Licensed corporate finance consultant, Equity Finance & Securities Pty Ltd.

His current Director appointments in addition to Hollista Colltech Limited are as Non Exec Director of ASX listed Finbar Group Limited, (formerly Chairman for 19 years), also Chairman of two Public unlisted companies which are in the process of finalising capital raisings and meeting requirements for application to the ASX for listing.

The board welcomes Mr Rengel and believes his experience will be invaluable at this time of growth and development for the Company.

The resignation of Mr Mick Aw from the Board is also announced. Mr Aw, having served the Company since August 2009 as Non-Exec Director and Chairman, has decided that due to increasing other professional and corporate commitments, should step down from his appointment. The Board of Directors expresses appreciation of Mr Aw's valued counsel, and contribution to the Company during his term of appointment.

Mr Aw has agreed to remain as an adviser to the Company.

The Appendix 3X for Mr Rengel and the Appendix 3Z for Mr Aw will follow.
