APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
The Board of Holista CollTech Limited (“Holista”) has appointed Mr Paul Anthony Rengel to the position of Non-Executive Chairman.
Paul was appointed to the Holista board as a Non-Executive Director earlier this month.
Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia; is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia; a Fellow of the Australia Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Australian Institute of Management.
He has forty years professional experience in International Firms in Corporate Services, Audit and Business Consulting, including service as Non Executive Director and as Chairman in a wide cross section of industries.
Having retired from professional practice in 2008, Paul is now a Principal and Executive Director of Equity Finance and Securities Pty Ltd, an Australian Financial Services licensed entity, engaged in Corporate Finance, Mergers, Acquisitions and public company equities consulting.
Paul currently holds appointments as Non Executive Director of five public and substantial companies, including as Chairman of three.
