CHANGE OF AUDITOR
The Board of Holista CollTech Limited (the “Company”) announces the appointment of Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd as the auditors of the Company.
The Company’s current Kuala Lumpur subsidiary is audited by Grant Thornton Malaysia.
In order to allow for greater efficiencies in audit, HLB Mann Judd have offered their resignation as the Company’s auditor. The resignation of HLB Mann Judd has been approved by ASIC.
Grant Thornton Audit will now act as the Company’s sole auditor.
