APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Holista CollTech Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Benjamin Donovan as a non-executive Director.

Mr Donovan will serve as a non-executive director until a suitable replacement has been found following the recent passing of the Company’s chairman, Mr Paul Rengel.

Mr Donovan will continue in his role as company secretary.
