ASX RELEASE – Board changes and App 3X and App 3Z x 2

Perth, 29 November 2011 – Holista CollTech Limited (“Holista”) (ASX:HCT) is pleased to advise, as part of its board renewal strategy, the appointment today of Mr Daniel O’Connor to the board.

Mr O'Connor B.Bus, MBA, FAICD (Dip), AAMI, MAIM, CPM, has spent more than 20 of his past 35 years in professional practice, with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Commercialisation. He is the Consultant Principal and major shareholder of Xenex Consulting and the Keys2Growth program and has assisted companies expand their international trading boundaries by a disciplined process of planning, funding, and implementing key strategic business initiatives thereby adding value to all stakeholders.

Daniel has a Bachelor of Business degree in marketing and an MBA in International Business. He has commenced his doctoral degree in International Business, focused on the commercialisation of Intellectual property. He has completed the Company Directors Course and has served as a Director or Executive Officer in project companies, generally until immediately prior to an IPO or trade-sale.

Daniel is supported at Xenex with a carefully assembled professional team of consultants across many disciplines. Daniel will assist the Holista board with the ongoing board renewal process and will remain on the board until such time as the board renewal process is completed.

With Daniel’s appointment, Ben Donovan, who was appointed last month as an interim appointment retires from the board today.

In addition, Dr Fathil Bin Mohamed withdrew his nomination for re-election at the AGM today and as a consequence ceases to be a director of the company.

Holista CEO and major shareholder, Dato’ Dr. Rajen Marnickavasagar noted that “Holista is entering an exciting new phase in the commercialisation of key parts of its technology and the board renewal process now underway is designed to maximise commercial returns for the Company and its shareholders.

Dato’ Dr. Rajen also noted that the search for a replacement chairman following Paul Rengel’s passing two months ago was proceeding well and an announcement was likely within a month.
