Hoist Finance CEO will leave the company

Hoist Finance acting CEO Per Anders Fasth will leave his position in connection with the agreement expiring on 31 March of 2022.

Per Anders Fasth was appointed acting CEO in May 2021 after being elected to the company's Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting in April 2021.

The company will come back with further information regarding CEO as soon as possible.
