Textilgruppe Hof acquires a manufacturer for special yarns

Hof Garn GmbH a subsidiary of Textilgruppe Hof AG has purchased 100% shares
of SBS CoreTech GmbH at Venusberg. The technology of SBS CoreTech GmbH -
located in Eastern Germany with a turnover of about 12 Mio. Euro - is
focused to product special yarns. This acquisition is supplementing the
business unit of the spinning factories of Textilgruppe Hof AG, will
enlarge the article spectrum and expand the performance and the efficiency
of the group.
