The Executive Board will submit to the Supervisory Board Consolidated
Financial Statements as of December 31, 2006 whose final version is
expected to report profit before taxes of approximately EUR 338 million and
consolidated net profit of approximately EUR 89 million. This means that in
fiscal year 2006, we have already moved substantially closer to our EUR 100
million medium-target for consolidated net profit which we set ourselves
last year.
