Hochschild Mining PLC (HOC.LN) (OTCMKTS: $HCHDF) (the "Company") announces a change in the interests of   Michel (Mike) Sylvestre, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, in the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Shares").

Mike Sylvestre acquired 1,620 Shares on 30 October 2025 at a price of £3.3105 per Share.  The Company was notified of the transaction on 31 October 2025.
