Director/PDMR Shareholding
Hochschild Mining PLC (the "Company") announces a change in the interests of Ignacio Bustamante, CEO and an Executive Director of the Company, in the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Shares").
Mr Bustamante sold a total of 577,455 Shares between 18 and 24 February 2021 to meet personal tax liabilities and as part of his long-term financial planning. He has informed the Company that he has no plans to make further sales of his holding in the Company for a period of at least 12 months.
Following the sales, Mr Bustamante has a holding of 1,214,115 Shares.
