Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces the change detailed below in the interests of Ignacio Bustamante, an Executive Director of the Company, in the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Shares").

Following the vesting of an award of conditional shares granted under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan on 20 March 2017, Ignacio Bustamante has acquired 40,383 Shares.
