Thực hiện nghĩa vụ báo cáo, công bố thông tin của công ty niêm yết theo Thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BTC ngày 16/11/2020 của Bộ Tài chính, Ngân hàng TMCP Phát triển TP.HCM – HDBank công bố tài liệu lấy ý kiến cổ đông bằng văn bản về các vấn đề thuộc thẩm quyền của Đại hội đồng Cổ đông.

In compliance with the obligation of reporting and information disclosure of listed companies in accordance with Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated 16/11/2020 of the Ministry of Finance, Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank – HDBank announces the materials for the collection of shareholders’ written opinions on the issues within decision authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

1. Thông qua nội dung Tờ trình số 11/2022/TT-HĐQT ngày 11/08/2022 của HĐQT về Phương án điều chỉnh kế hoạch phát hành cổ phiếu cho người lao động – ESOP (đã được ĐHĐCĐ thông qua theo Nghị quyết số 07/2021/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ).

To approve the Proposal No 11/2022/TT-HĐQT dated August 11th, 2022 of the Board of Directors ref To adjust the plan to issue shares for employees - ESOP (approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders under Resolution No. 07/2021/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ).

1. Thông qua nội dung Tờ trình số 12/2022/TT-HĐQT ngày 11/08/2022 của HĐQT về Phương án tăng Vốn điều lệ thêm 200.000.000.000 đồng (Hai trăm tỷ đồng) từ việc phát hành cổ phiếu cho người lao động (ESOP).

To approve the Proposal No. 12/2022/TT-HĐQT dated August 11th, 2022 of the Board of Directors ref The plan to raise Charter Capital by VND 200,000,000,000 (Two hundred billion VND) from the issuance of shares to employees (ESOP).

1. Thông qua nội dung Tờ trình số 13/2022/TT-HĐQT ngày 11/08/2022 của HĐQT về HDBank tham gia chương trình tái cơ cấu các Tổ chức tín dụng.

To approve the Proposal No. 13/2022/TT-HĐQT dated August 11th, 2022 of the Board of Directors ref HDBank's plan to participate in the credit institutions restructuring programs.

1. Thông qua nội dung Tờ trình số 14/2022/TT-HĐQT ngày 11/08/2022 của HĐQT về Sửa đổi, bổ sung Điều lệ HDBank.

To approve the Proposal No.14/2022/TT-HĐQT dated August 11th, 2022 of the Board of Directors ref To modify and supplement HDBank's Charter.

1. Thông qua nội dung Tờ trình số 15/2022/TT-HĐQT ngày 11/08/2022 của HĐQT về Phương án chào bán, phát hành trái phiếu tại nước ngoài.

To approve the Proposal No.15/2022/TT-HĐQT dated August 11th, 2022 of the Board of Directors ref HDBank's Plan for international bonds issuance and offering.

Thời gian thực hiện biểu quyết thông qua hình thức điện tử: từ 09 giờ 00 sáng ngày 12/08/2022 đến 17 giờ 00 ngày 22/08/2022;
