SYSTEK INFOTECH<08103> - Share Consolidation

Market participants are requested to note that the Court have confirmed
the consolidation of shares of Systek Information Technology (Holdings)
Limited ("SYSTEK INFOTECH") on the basis of 25 then existing ordinary
shares ("Old Shares") of SYSTEK INFOTECH into 1 new ordinary shares ("New
Shares"). Effective from Tuesday, 3/2/2004, a temporary counter under
stock code 8396 and stock short name "SYSTEK INFOTECH" will be established
for trading in board lots of 200 New Shares each to replace the previous
counter (stock code: 8103) for trading in board lots of 5,000 Old Shares
each.
