This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rules 17.10 of the GEM Listing Rules.
The Board wishes to inform the Shareholders and potential investors that it is expected that the Group may record a profit for the fourth quarter of the current financial year. As a result, the financial performance of the Group for the year ending 31 March 2009 is expected to improve significantly as compared to the Group’s audited net loss of approximately HK$19,853,000 for the year ended 31 March 2008. Such improvement is mainly attributable to positive contribution from the business of provision of systems developments, installation and consulting service as it is expected that the Group is able to complete a few scalable contracts in relation to such business in the last quarter of the financial year ending 31 March 2009.
Shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
This announcement is made by Tai Shing International (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”, together with subsidiaries, the “Group”) pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “GEM Listing Rules”).
The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) and potential investors that it is expected that the Group may record a profit for the fourth quarter of the current financial year. As a result, the financial performance of the Group for the year ending 31 March 2009 is expected to improve significantly as compared to the Group’s audited net loss of approximately HK$19,853,000 for the year ended 31 March 2008.
